City blocks Cowl

Hi everyone!

Hope that the beginning of school year finds you well:)

I need 3 testers for a DK weight texture cowl, pics coming in the next few days - I wanted to post here ahead of the time.


This design will be part of Elena's yarn club, so please only volunteer if you're able to make the deadline.

Details:
Deadline: Sept 20, 2014
Yarn weight: DK/light worsted
Yarn usage: 100 gr - or roughly 220 yards
Measurements: 19" in circumference, 10" tall

The cowl is worked in basketweave slip stitch pattern resulting in a reversible cowl where both sides are equally pretty. The stitch is rich in texture and easily memorized. The cowl is knit in the round seamlessly and only uses knit, purl and slip stitches.

I would like the design to remain secret until its published, so please do NOT post any photos on social media until it's released!

Jenny I didn't read this in full before. Been waiting for the photos, didn't notice the bit about a pm. It sounds intriguing but I see the deadline is just a few days away so it's too short notice now for me.
